6. • Some of our products are handmade, so slight variations in colour, pattern, or finish may occur.

   • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure correct sizing and suitability of products for their dog.




Pricing & Payment

7. • All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD).

   • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

   • Prices are subject to change without notice.




Shipping

8. • We ship Australia-wide.

   • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

   • Orders are typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.

   • Delivery times may vary depending on the postal service, and we are not responsible for any delays once your order has been posted.

   • Tracking may not always be provided with standard shipping options.




Returns & Exchanges

9. • Returns are not available for change of mind or incorrect sizing.

   • Exchanges may be offered if the item is unused, in original condition, and returned within 14 days (buyer pays return postage).

   • Faulty or damaged items will be replaced or refunded in line with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe your item is faulty.




Care & Use

10. • Customers are responsible for regularly checking collars, leads, and other products for signs of wear.

    • While our products are designed for durability, no product is indestructible. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, chewing, or improper care.

    • By purchasing, you accept full responsibility for supervising your dog while using our products.
